DefibSafe 2 is the only IP66 rated external defibrillator cabinet available in the UK. Offering superior protection from the elements. The door, for example, is made from the same material that is used to make riot shields giving additional peace of mind about the threat of vandalism.  The weatherproof bright yellow polyethene outer case is easily identified and corrosion and impact resistant.

Each cabinet has a unique location code which ensures the emergency services and a 999 call operator can locate the cabinet in an emergency.  They also feature a low energy transformer powered heating to prevent freezing by keeping the temperature at 10 Degrees, ventilation to prevent condensation and high visibility LED lighting which is ideal for rural and remote locations.

Clear step-by-step instructions from the NHS Ambulance service are prominent on the front door of the cabinet to guide passers-by on what to do in an emergency.  A coded keypad lock secures the defibrillator, the code for which is given out by a 999 call operator once the cabinet location code has been given to the operator.
